				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I find that listening to music during my workout makes it much easier to reach my exercising goal and often I even workout longer because of “Comfort Music”.  I listen to music and songs that bring back pleasurable memories.  I save my favorite for last and if I’ve listened to other songs that last for the duration of my scheduled workout( knowing that I still have my favorite songs take my mind off of the workout at hand) I zone out reminiscing on the favorites until they are done, I sometimes add 15 to 30 minutes.   </p>
