Just a quick note – I found myself getting hungry without a healthy nutritious snack available, so off to the vending machine I went, problem is the vending machine was out of the healthy snacks but did still have one of my favorites – a nice sweet cinnamon roll. The need for something to hold me over until lunch and the convenience got me. As I was eating the roll I was trying my best to just eat a small portion, Oh well my meal plan for the day was completely blown, I might as well have some cheese cake later (thinking and eating fat). It is so easy to get off track – remember getting back on track is important. Don’t let a slip up keep you from reaching and maintaining your weight goal-I’m not. I’m going to walk a little faster and longer for the next few days and make sure I have some healthy snacks at all times.
I agree, bad snacks can counter a day or two worth of workouts. I really like your thoughts here a cuttheweight.com and will check back as I’m trying to reach my goal and need all the good and healthy ideas I can get.
